Create an Addendum

We need help your help to identify and addend all correlated educational church materials that mislead, misrepresent, or omit factual church history.   As interest grows, we hope that many hands will make light work in building a library of addenda to church educational materials to help end the propagation of misleading history.
As you encounter errors in church materials, please consider posting to our website by creating an addendum (see below for instructions) or emailing it to meataftermilk@gmail.com. Each addendum will be reviewed by our editorial staff for factual accuracy and posted to the site.
An addendum can take the form of text, video, image/art, or audio. Support files include: video (YouTube or Vimeo imbeded link), art/images (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx, key) or audio (mp3, m4a, wav, ogg).
An addendum delineates incomplete or misleading information contained within or omitted from the church material in question and cites primary resources as evidence (see examples here and here).
We welcome both LDS and non-LDS, as well as professional and amateur, individuals alike… all that matters is that primary sources are cited (anything from LDS.org as well)  Also consider creating a profile to share how partial disclosure of church history has affected your life and show your support for printing completely honest church materials.
